What happens in a coaching session?
In the the first session we clarify what you want to work on and create a plan that is unique to your strengths and personality.
In the following sessions we build on the previous sessions. We track your progress and navigate the journey to success together using the five steps of my unique FUSElife Freedom Framework :

Where are coaching session done?
Thanks to technology we can hold coaching sessions not only in person, but in the comfort of your own home over the phone or on Zoom.
What's important is that you're in a space that's comfortable and away from disruptions.
How long are coaching sessions?
The first session is typically between 60-90 minutes as we are exploring where you are wand getting clear about where you want to go.
The following sessions are approximately 45-60 minutes.
Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly. We can discuss the frequency based upon your needs.
